🔥 Fire Emergency

Activate fire alarm and call 911
Evacuate immediately using nearest safe exit
Close doors behind you (do not lock)
Proceed to designated assembly area
Report to evacuation warden for accountability
Do not re-enter building until cleared by fire department

Assembly Point Location:

🚑 Medical Emergency

Call 911 immediately for serious injuries
Provide first aid if trained and safe to do so
Do not move injured person unless in immediate danger
Meet emergency responders and guide them to victim
Notify emergency coordinator and management
Complete incident report within 24 hours

First Aid Kit Locations:

⚠️ Hazardous Material Spill

Alert others in immediate area
Evacuate spill area and restrict access
Call emergency services if required by SDS
Notify emergency coordinator immediately
Only trained personnel should attempt cleanup
Ventilate area if safe to do so

Spill Kit Locations:

Monitor weather alerts and warnings
Move to designated shelter area if tornado warning
Stay away from windows and exterior walls
Remain in shelter until all-clear is given
Evacuate if building damage is suspected
Account for all personnel at assembly point
